The schedule types you offer — overnight, daytime, 24-hour, live-in, or travel.
Profile claiming
If a profile already exists for you, claim it and take over editing at no cost.
How claiming your profile works
Many providers already have a profile built from public information. If yours is one of them, claiming it takes three steps.
Find your profile
Search for your name and city, or start a new application if you’re not listed yet.
Confirm it’s you
Submit your email and a short note we can use to verify your identity against the profile.
Review and sign in
We review claims within 2 business days and email you a sign-in link so you can edit your profile directly.
Don’t see a profile for you? Use Apply to get listed instead — it creates a new profile you control from the start, and it goes through the same review before it’s published.
Our accurate-title policy
We only display “nurse,” “RN,” or “LPN” as a provider’s title once we’ve checked an active nursing license against the relevant state board. Newborn Care Specialists, postpartum doulas, and night nannies are titled accurately and never labeled as nurses, regardless of experience. Read the full policy on our professional titles page.
What happens after you apply
New applications and claimed profiles both go through a short moderation review before they go live, and any later edit to a published profile is reviewed again before it replaces the live version. This keeps listings accurate for families searching the site. Once approved, you’ll manage your profile — including availability, services, and credentials — from your provider dashboard.
